On Tuesday, February 14, the Agha Khan Program for Islamic Architecture will present a lecture entitled “Lore,” by award-winning sustainable architect Bijoy Jain. His firm, Studio Mumbai, works with a human infrastructure of skilled artisans, technicians, and draftsmen who design and build their work directly with careful consideration of place and practice, drawing from traditional skills, local building techniques and materials to create sustainable buildings for individual environments.
