CGBC researchers’ recent article was accepted and published in a new edition of Building Simulation, an international journal that seeks “to promote the field of building science and technology to such a level that modeling will eventually be used in every aspect of building construction as a routine instead of an exception.” Ali Malkawi, Bin Yan, Yujiao Chen, and Zheming Tong investigated predicting thermal and energy performance of mixed-mode ventilation by integrating computational fluid dynamics (CFD) with energy simulation.
