CGBC hosts “Sustainability in Scandinavia” featuring 12 speakers from Norway, Denmark, Sweden

On November 6, 2015, the CGBC Fall Conference: Sustainability in Scandinavia highlighted green buildings and communities across Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and unraveled a unique regional practice that integrates technology, culture, and design. Through the presentation of case studies and proven concepts, leading academicians and practitioners from the region discussed how they’ve pushed the limits of this approach to define and pioneer the cutting edge within an advanced regulatory framework. Firms and institutions represented included Element Architects, Snøhetta, Helen & Hard, Christensen & Co; Mikkelsen Architects; White Arkitekter, Vandkunsten, the City Architect of Stockholm, KTH School of Architecture, Royal Danish of Fine Arts, and the Oslo School of Architecture and Design.
